Does nothing.

Parameters

the_proxy	This parameter is unused.
mp_id	This parameter is unused.

Acquires the thread queue path in a critical section.

Parameters

queue	The thread queue queue.
the_thread	The thread for the operation.
queue_context	The thread queue context.

Return values

true	The operation was successful.
false	The operation failed.

Helper structure to ensure that all objects containing a thread queue have the right layout.
