User extension routines are invoked when the
following system events occur:
- Task creation
- Task initiation
- Task reinitiation
- Task deletion
- Task context switch
- Post task context switch
- Task begin
- Task exits
- Fatal error detection
These extensions are invoked as a function with
arguments that are appropriate to the system event.
