General Commands alias - add alias for an existing command

General Commands date - print or set current date and time

General Commands echo - produce message in a shell script

General Commands sleep - delay for a specified amount of time

General Commands id - show uid gid euid and egid

General Commands tty - show ttyname

General Commands whoami - print effective user id

General Commands logoff - logoff from the system

General Commands exit - exit the shell
