Getting Started with RTEMS
In order to build gcc 2.9.x or newer versions, the GNU makeinfo program
installed on your system must be at least version 1.68. The appropriate
version of makeinfo is distributed with gcc.
The following demonstrates how to determine the version of makeinfo
on your machine:
makeinfo --version
