STATUS CODES:

EINVAL: Invalid argument passed.
EINTR: Signal interrupted this function.

DESCRIPTION:

This function selects a pending signal based on the set specified in set, atomically clears it from the set of pending signals, and returns the signal number for that signal in sig.
